Return & Replacement Policy
We hope your Good Vibes Jar brings you or your loved one many moments of comfort and encouragement. Because each jar is filled with a specific number of hand-rolled notes, we keep our policy simple and intentional:
Returns (Unopened Jars Only)
To keep every jar complete and special, we only accept returns on jars that have not been opened and whose seal is fully intact.
You may request a return if:
- The outer seal is not opened, broken, or removed
- The jar is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
- Your return request is made within 30 days of delivery
Once a jar is opened, we cannot guarantee that all notes are still inside, and we never want anyone to miss out on a note—so opened jars cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged Orders (Broken Glass)
If your jar arrives with broken glass or significant damage:
- We will replace your jar at no cost to you.
- You do not need to return the broken jar.
- Please email us at sales@goodvibesjar.com within 7 days of delivery with: Your order number, clear photos of the damaged jar and packaging
We’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible and handle any shipping insurance claims on our end.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any Good Vibes Jar with an opened or broken seal
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return (Unopened Jars)
- Email us at sales@goodvibesjar.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the unopened jar, we’ll confirm your refund status.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was our error.
Safety and Breakage
Good Vibes Jars are made of glass and should be handled with care.
- Please inspect your jar as soon as it arrives.
- If the glass is cracked or broken, do not handle it directly. Carefully dispose of any broken glass and keep it away from children and pets.
- Email us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
By using this product, you agree to handle it responsibly and understand that Good Vibes Jar is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or broken glass after delivery.
